So delete this folders from "F/Emulators"

Sega cd emulator due to have a big weight of games, I have not included 

the games in the new emulator. So enter "F/emulators/Sega CD" and delete 

all folders except "sgenroms" which is the folder that contains the games.

Now you can FTP "E" and "F" to main hdd xbox partitions. overwrite all requiered.
